What I learned today…

Pasta called “tortellini” means “little twists”.

It makes sense.  Jason is reading “The Marble Faun” by Nathaniel Hawthorne.  The title was referenced in the movie we watched called Grey Gardens.  Jason was telling me in the supermarket tonight that in the book, there is a wall in Italy called something “torte” and it means twisted.  Hence, we determined that tortellini must be a diminutive form of the word.
